Hose and Regulator Kit - Spirit II, Genesis II 210/300/400/LX 240 is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 65.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Part on a Brand New Grill I bought a brand new Spirit II grill, and chose to assemble it myself to ensure proper assembly. I was extremely excited to try it out that night, but when I turned it on I immediately noticed a hissing sound coming from the regulator. I contacted customer service and they told me it was a defective part and would order me a new one. They also suggested that I do not use the grill until it is replaced. Since it seems as though so many of these hoses are defective, it is currently out of stock, so I have to wait even longer to use my new grill. This is extremely disappointing since I chose the Weber brand for quality and reliability, and it is currently sitting on my deck untouched!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty regulator I love my grill, when it works. I have replaced hose/reg assembly twice and am looking to do a third time. Having same issues that it appears everyone else is having. The common response seems to be "have you changed or replaced your tank?", so let me be clear as to this is not a tank issue. I have change the tank SEVERAL times. It is clearly a faulty design issue and was acknowledged by the representative I spoke with on the phone last time. They also told me the issue had been resolved, which clearly it hasn't. I have been a loyal Weber customer through the years, but after spending $800 on a grill that only works occasionally, it is clear to me that the quality has gone downhill. I will be spending another $50 on a 3rd assembly to try to make it through to next season. After that, I will likely be looking at other, higher quality brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regulator Leaks The regulator leaked immediately upon hooking up the grill. I bought another regulator for 53 dollars and it also leaks. Yikes. Also this is my second review, my first review was "moderated"
