Rated 1 out of 5 by from Help! I can’t even install the new hose because the old one is impossible to get off!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hose and regulator assembly dissappointment Purchased a Genesis II S-335 6 months ago. A lot of coin for this blue collar individual. Regulator is leaking, hissing. Prior this purchase I'd never spent over $300 on a grill, and, in over 40 years of grill ownership/usage I have never experienced a failure of such an integral, SAFETY oriented part. I came here thinking my experience was an anomaly, but, from other reviews, it seems this to be wide spread quality item. So, the steaks have gone back in the fridge... dinner plans are ruined. Based on all the reviews here, and Webers responses... I'll go 3rd party for replacement hose and regulator. Love the grill, and have had great experiences/success since ownership, but reading though these reviews I am rather disappointed with the seemingly widespread issue, that is seemingly unresolved to this time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty regulator I, too, have a failed regulator for my Genesis ii E-435 grill after a year. Never had regulator problems with any other brand grill, including one I had for more than 10 years. This seems to be a problem with Weber grills, based on reviews.
