Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best charcoal grill I have ever had! The best charcoal grill I have ever had! Still looks new and the frame is in great shape. Most of the wear and tear comes from my use, which is 3 to 4 times a week during the summer. I can even smoke ribs and pork butts on this grill, easy to set up and use as a smoker. This grill is good for small and big cooks and all the extras come in handy. The table is fantastic and the charcoal bin makes it easy to restock.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Performer charcoal grill I was surprised by how much damage the grill had as i removed it from the box. Both wheel hubs were cracked and both front and rear panels were so damaged and bent that i couldn't bend them back to try to assemble the grill. Still waiting on the rear panel 2 plus weeks ! Called customer service and found out that it was still in the warehouse. So frustrating considering we live in palatine and the factory is located in Huntley Illinois. Not the company it wad when it was still owned by the founder and hus family. Feel like quality is going downhill. Not sure i will purchase or recommend to others
