Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much Improved Stability and Wobble Versus Old Cart Pros: - The new Portable Cart (3400263) is much more stable and far less wobbly than the old Portable Cart (6557). - The additional two steel crossbars give it much needed strength and stability, versus the old cart had none. Cons: - Very expensive and overpriced. The cost of Weber Q 1200 (189 sq-in, 8500 BTU single burner) plus the Portable Cart (Part# 3400263) exceeds the cost of Weber Traveler Compact (240 sq-in, 11,000 BTU single burner, integrated cart), and exceeds the cost of the Weber Traveler (320 sq-in, 13,000 BTU single burner, integrated cart). - I wish this cart had a locking mechanism when it is upright to ensure that platform/bbq does not fall if someone accidently steps on lower bar when lifting the cart to roll/move it. - The front left and right leg covers are each only held on by one screw that is into plastic. You cannot tighten these screws without fear of stripping the plastic threads. - The front left and right leg covers will inevitably be used as handles to shift cart and BBQ around when transporting, and so these should have at least two bolts each and should be backed with metal nut as opposed to plastic. - The front right leg cover has cut-out to accommodate new 2800N+ second burner knob, but when cart is used with model such as Q 1200, the cut-out is asymmetrical with left leg cover and so the right cover just looks like it is chipped/broken. Weber should have made the left and right covers symmetrical or included a second optional right cover to use that does not have the cut-out. - With the Q 1200 on cart, the grill height is 32.5 inches off of ground. This is a bit low and strains the back for person of 6ft height. The cart table should be at least 2 inches higher to accommodate this smallest BBQ that this cart supports.
