      Our comprehensive range of high-quality grills & innovative accessories make lighting, cleaning & cooking on your barbecue effortless. We’re also committed to ensuring that Weber owners get the most out of their barbecues. We teach how to barbecue the Weber Way through our range of cookbooks, recipes, apps and even hands-on barbecue courses at the Weber Grill Academy.

    The Marketing Coordinator for Belgium & Luxembourg is responsible for executing all marketing activity across these countries.  

    Marketing Coordinator Belgium & Luxembourg (M/F)

    The Role

    Key responsibilities will include the following:

    1. Shout about the brand  

    • Lead and coordinate all key Product Launches for Belgium & Luxembourg
    • Work with the Brand Manager Western Europe to secure the right campaigns, content & assets for the market 
    • Liaise with Brand & Digital Managers for Western Europe to optimise media performance, taking best practice from other countries 
    • Implement the local Social Media activity, working with the Brand Communications manager to develop the monthly calendar.
    • Augment campaigns through PR & influencer activities ensuring Weber is visible in relevant the relevant audience 
    • Identify and develop local brand partnerships to increase reach and consideration.
    • Collaborate with Brand & Digital Managers for Western Europe to determine the CRM newsletter calendar
    • Report regularly on key metrics relating to media, PR & Social Media 
    • Manage the local advertising budget to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
    • Review & localise all communication to ensure it is suitable for the Belgium & Luxembourg market 

    2. Own The Shopping Experience

    • Deliver high impact local trade show events to secure customer commitment
    • Adapt & devise sell-in material for products & campaigns
    • Communicate local assets to the sales team & retailer partners
    • Manage ad hoc retailer and sales team requests
    • Collaborate with the Western Europe Trade Marketing Manager on SiS & POS development, sharing local country requirements and localising any shopper materials 
    • Oversee execution of POS/SiS, working with local Sales Support team/Merchandisers to ensure adherence to retail merchandising guidelines
    • Manage any local co-op marketing with key retail customers
    • Convey local content requirements for weber.com to the Digital Manager and localise any digital communication 

    3. Preach The Weber Way of Grilling 

    • Line management of the Grill Academy Co-ordinator for Belgium & Netherlands 
    • Oversee all local Grill Academy activities, ensuring we achieve annual targets 
    • Working with the Western Europe Grill Academy & Experience Manager to define the culinary experience for both B2C & B2B experiential activities 
    • Plan and execution of PR & consumer facing events 
    • Work with the local Sales team to deliver best-in-class retailer training
    • Support the Grill Academy Co-ordinator to achieve the local target for Grill Academy through promoting Grill Academy & integration in all marketing activities  

    About You....

    Experience

    • Minimum of bachelor degree
    • Minimum 3 years working in marketing for premium brands 
    • Delivered campaigns & events to a high standard
    • Has managed agencies and ensuring they deliver on-time and to budget

    Skills

    • Native-level Flemish and preferably French Language skills
    • Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
    • Excellent copy writing skills
    • Ability to think from a consumer perspective
    • Highly organised with strong project management skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
    • Possesses a positive, can-do attitude and thrives on taking on responsibility
    • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and bring others round to your way of thinking
    • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
