The Tomahawk is a cut of meat that is cut with a rib bone left on it, almost similar like a rack of lamb. Boasting a beautiful marbling, this cut of meat is extremely tender and buttery. Most may be intimidated by its size and thickness, but this piece of steak is relatively simple to make! In this course, you will be guided by a grill expert with step-by-step directions on how to grill a Tomahawk on the Weber grill!
In this 2-hour course you will learn also how to achieve consistently great results, be introduced to the various types of grills, learn must-have barbecue skills such as, lighting up your grill, controlling temperature, 5 Ts of Barbecue, maintaining your grill and much more!
