Cooking with Charcoal

Join us on a hands-on barbecue experience, where we go back to where Weber barbecuing first began – on the Weber Kettle cooking over charcoal.

This course will showcase a number of different cooking techniques, as well as tips and tricks, when using both lump charcoal and Weber Charcoal Briquettes. Learn how to 'reverse sear' to create the ultimate steak, impart beautiful smokey flavours into your foods, and create delicious sides and desserts.

You’ll have the opportunity to experience a range of our solid fuel barbecues, including the WSM (Weber Smokey Mountain), Summit Charcoal, and Mastertouch Plus Kettle barbecues in this class, alongside a range of charcoal compatible accessories.

Courses are capped at 20 attendees to ensure that all guests can get as up-close-and-personal as they like. Your ticket includes all food and beverages during the experience, and the event concludes with a sit-down shared meal.
