If you love the rich, smoky flavours of low and slow Tex-Mex barbecue, this course is for you… seriously.  


With a Mexican inspired entrée of pulled beef tacos with pico de gallo, the Texan classics of beef brisket and jalapeno poppers, and some American low and slow favourites including pork ribs and biscuits, you will not leave this experience hungry! And for those that need a sweet ending to their meal, enjoy a slice of key lime pie.   


Some barbecue basics are assumed, and our Barbecue Specialists will lead you through low and slow preparation, set up and cooking techniques – we’re talking trimming, rubbing, smoking, spritzing, wrapping, saucing and resting! 


This experience will showcase dishes cooked across a range of barbecues, including the Weber SmokeFire pellet smoker, the traditional Weber kettle, the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker charcoal smoker, the Weber Q+ and the Weber premium gas range. 


Courses are capped at 22 attendees to ensure that all guests can get hands-on with our barbecues and face-to-face with our Barbecue Specialists. Your ticket includes all food and three (3) beverages during the experience, and the event concludes with a sit-down shared meal.
