Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed with Poor Quality Knobs on an Otherwi I absolutely love my Weber grill—it looks great and performs well. But the knobs? Absolutely horrible. They keep breaking, and it’s beyond frustrating. I take good care of my grill, yet the knobs—clearly made from cheap plastic—don’t hold up at all. This isn’t just a one-time issue; it keeps happening. And replacing them is expensive, which makes it even more frustrating. For a premium brand like Weber, this kind of recurring flaw is unacceptable. Weber really needs to address this well-known problem. Either improve the quality of the knobs to match the rest of the grill or lower the replacement cost if they’re going to keep using such flimsy materials. Quality control needs to step up—this shouldn’t be something loyal customers constantly have to deal with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Knobs........ I have a beautiful grill and trash knobs that keep breaking, why is that. They are expensive to replace but yet I still need them to use the grill and still look good. Weber should either lower the price for cheap plastic knobs or come up with a better knobs that will not break after a few uses. Weber's Quality Control needs to step up and fix this well known problem.
