Rated 1 out of 5 by from Four knobs broken We bought our grill i early fall of 2023 the first time we used the grill for knobs broke we tried to call Weber. We emailed Weber. We have emails back-and-forth and we still did not get any replacement knobs. I am so angry that I gotta spend another hundred dollars to buy the kit. We have been Weber owners for almost 40 years. I probably will never buy another Weber product again so disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic knobs, poorly designed. I purchased the Weber summit, we’ve always owned a Weber, but for what we paid for this barbecue, the knobs are terrible, cheaply made and break constantly. We’ve replaced them twice now and need to be done again. This time around I was hoping there would be an upgrade metal option instead. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t have an issue investing more for better quality if it was available.
