Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware of Ordering Parts for Older Grills The part recommended on the Weber website had different electrical connections and thus did not work which I assume is based on the age of the grill. It would be best just to advise long time customers that the parts for older grills are no longer available. Truly a disappointment and trying to secure a refund is impossible as you must open the parts and try to install them before you understand they physically can't work. Truly a customer service disapointment!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Available parts can be expensive and limited This worked for me. All I needed was the spark chamber. It’s sad you just can’t buy just that. The sparker for my unit is quite expensive and the only thing wrong with it was a cracked ceramic insulator. So I purchased a cheaper piezo electric sparker just to get the cheapest spark chamber available. The wires were the wrong length but that’s easily remedied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Automated parts system is HORRIBLE My grill has become hard to start. I need to find out what part I need to fix the problem. I called the Grill Expert # that I found on Weber's website, but it's a worthless automated system that is no help at all. The system gave me a list of parts, but I don't know how to identify the part I need, but it was impossible to speak to a live person. I currently own 3 Weber grills and have owned 4 others in the past. This is the last time I'll buy a Weber - horrible customer service.
