Rated 1 out of 5 by 1Nick from Igniter kit This is the worst customer service. I placed the order on 7/5 (for 2 items). I did not receive the igniter kit. I called and they placed another order on 7/12. I never received the replacement. I called again on 7/20 and they tell me that I have to call back in a few days to see if it’s been sent. They said I cannot speak with any supervisors and I just have to wait and call back. Of course, you have to wait 10 minutes to even speak with a representative. And my credit card has been charged with nothing to show for it.
