Rated 1 out of 5 by from No human response. Still no refund. Returned my item 5 days after receiving it. 30 days later and a dozen robo customer service emails later still no refund. You can do better Weber.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Design flaw We have been relatively happy with our Spirit grill but the GBS insert is clearly not made to the same specifications as the outer grates. Ours broke in half while cleaning after being so compromised by flaking of the outer materials and rust while the other grates are like new after 5 years.
