Preheat grill on high for 15 minutes and brush grates with stainless steel grill brush. For heavy grease buildup, use Weber Grate Cleaner and Scrubber Pads after the grill has completely cooled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Weber might out live me. Chanfing to stainless steel grates is long overdue. My Weber has been faithful for almost 30 years and has contributed to my girth a loong time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Expect the Original Stainless Steel Quality Disappointed. I used these grates once, and they changed color immediately. They are also sticky. They're much lighter than the original stainless steel rod grates that came with my Weber and feel like a completely different product, despite being advertised as stainless steel. They are not worth the money. If you're looking for replacement grates, I'd recommend the stainless rod version instead - although even those appear thinner than the originals that came with my grill. I wanted to return these, but after using them once I was stuck with them. In the end, I spent the time cleaning up my old grates, and they still outperform these new ones. Very disappointing.
