Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Hot Wheels! Easy changeout using existing sleeve….this assumes no damage to existing sleeve. Be sure to prop the end you’re working on up high, (approx 12” from ground) on something stable. To remove, use a screwdriver to pry loose, remove and push in new. Bingo, you’ve got a set of Hot Wheels ready to roll for another 15 years!
