Rated 5 out of 5 by Quique from Getting It Right, Keeping It Right Somehow, the wires got crossed, and we ended up with replacement burners for a different Weber grill. After phoning customer service, I was (1) offered a refund for the burners that wouldn't fit and (2) emailed the serial number and the model number for our +20-year-old Genesis Gold grill and (3) shipped the correct burners (which arrived within a very few days). The CS rep was courteous, thorough and obviously prompt on follow-through. One has the impression that Weber is a top-notch company with the quality of its products and the effectiveness and efficiency of its customer service. Kudos to Weber for staying on the vanguard of corporate excellence.
