Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too complicated to assemble We love the grill and can't wait to use it. It seems we will have to pay someone to assemble it. It is much too complicated for old persons like ourselves. If we had known this we would have purchased from a retail outlet that already had it assembled. If you know of anyone that can assemble it for us at a reasonable price we would love to know. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The hot kisser. Great grill, quality build. Love the large shelves they are super convenient for loading and unloading the grill. Grill cooks very evenly and I really enjoy the sear bar for reverse searing off my smoker and giving steaks a hot kiss. I like the large grill grates and the natural gas option is so nice (no propane bottle filling). Grill heats up super quickly and again I love the quality feel like how smooth the lid is when you open and close it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Grill Horrible Grates Love the grill. The grates didn’t even last one year. Began to rust and shed large flakes. Contacted Weber. They immediately sent me replacement grates. Only concern is why the grates failed. No explanation given, yet no signs of shock either, which makes me think Weber is well aware of this problem.
