Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product quality When you say they are stainless steel they must be the lowest grade available, start rusting within two days. The grade has to be >450 and are very magnetic. I know the gates and burners are non-magetic stainless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weber products for grill masters! I have a summit 620, and had to replace the flavorer bars after 9 years of use. All the Weber grills I've owned were outstanding. I've replaced these parts and will continue to use this grill another 9 or 10 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst customer service ever I have been trying to get the correct bars for my Genysis LX for months. First I received somebody else’s order, second shipment a month later (yes it took that long for Weber customer service to respond) has wrong bars. The website for ordering is very poor. I have had no response to my email inquiries for another three weeks and tried to sit on hold for an hour before having to hang up on customer service line. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. My next grill will not be a Weber and I have had at least 10 in my past.
