Rated 3 out of 5 by Fwb608 from Issue Was The Burner Tube After discussing my ignition issues with Weber Support, they sent me a free Ignitor Kit. When that didn't work, they sent another, trying their best to solve my problem. When the second Kit didn't work, Joanna with the Support Team determined the problem was the Burner Tube Kit #10469. Replacing that part fixed the problem and I'm back in business. As the Ignitor Kit wasn't my issue, I can only rate it a 3 as I couldn't give it a fair test. Given Weber's quality my impression is this new Kit would have worked fine.
