Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Grill!! Have been extremely happy with this Grill! Have used it 15 to 20 times since i bought it a little over a month ago!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Consistent proven performer Weber grills are the best! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 for initial set up complexity relative to price. For such a high price it would be better to have less assembly required. Also set up documentation could be better. Clearer instructions were found in You Tube videos. But after installation challenges are behind us our new Weber looks great on the deck and Is the same consistent performer on all our favorite meals cooked on the grill!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grill Rotisserie does not work on Spirit E-425 We purchased this unit mainly for the grill rotisserie option. Called Weber to get the correct part #3400252 and installed the accessory. The rod is not long enough and the skewer rests on the square section rather than the round groove. The rod slips, and motor moves while cooking. The motor has to be turned upside down on the bracket to allow for the lid to the close which is opposite of the instructions that they provide. The bracket does not hold motor well and the first and only time we used it was on a 4 lb chicken. The spit rod would disengage from motor and not spin the entire time. I had to constantly watch the rod and move it back into the motor. We called Weber about this issue, sent videos, and showed in real time and they let us know that they will not issue a refund. So now we are left with a product that we will not be able to use. If you are looking for a unit that has a rotisserie option do not buy this!
