Rated 1 out of 5 by from Design change to back and poor customer service Thought I was investing in a quality grill that had all of the features I was looking for. Turns out that a recent design change (not shown in any of the pictures, materials, etc online or in stores) leaves the back open, which was an important feature for me. After a number of back and forths with customer service where they offered to charge me for the right part, they agree to ship the right part for free. After a month, it has still not arrived. Not the customer service I was expecting from Weber and I current have a grill that does not meet the features I wanted and bought it for.
