Rated 5 out of 5 by JAD Backyard BBQer from Enjoy BBQ I bought this about a month and half ago. I have being enjoying the speed and ease this BBQ . The initial assembly was challenging but if you follow the instructions preciously, it will work. Be careful when you unpack from box, remove the grates, flavour, and anti flare plates from inside the BBQ cover (each piece comes packed inside their own boxes), this will make it easier to mount the bbq shell on the frame. The assembly of the ignition assembly to the underside of the bbq is challenging, especially if you have large hands. When running the wires you must ensure you run the wires furthest from the bbq shell and towards the outside of the NG hose. I did find the BBQ cover a little tight, should be made a bit bigger.The inside is very easy to clean, just ensure you keep an I on the anti-flare shields for debris from BBQing. Grates are easy to maintain , just ensure you brush off the grates after every use. To make it easier to bbq, take some Olive oil on a paper towel and wipe your grates before every cooking session, this will ensure your food doesn't stick and makes it easy to to clean the grills. Rated 2 out of 5 by Unhappy Weber Purchaser from Good grill but parts service is extremely poor. I purchased this grill assembled by Lowes on Mat 20/20. when it got to my home the igniter was lose and could not be attached. Lowes were very good and said they would order the replacement igniter the same day as delivered. About 15 days later I received a call from Lowes that Weber had sent the wrong part. Another couple of weeks later I was again called by Lowes and told me the same story as before that Weber had again shipped the wrong igniter. I would really be concerned if this had been a major problem of any sort with this kind of unacceptable service. Lowes have been excellent in keeping on top of this problem, but it's too nbad Weber has dropped the ball.
