Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice addition to my Genesis II Have cooked several whole chickens since receiving and installing my rotisserie and am really happy with the results. Chickens have stayed very moist and evenly cooked through. Cooked to a 170 degree reading on the breast meat and then rested for about 7 minutes under foil. Never had more moist white meat on any chicken I’ve ever cooked. Planning on trying a pork roast next.
