I’ve purchased two Weber Summit 675 grills and recently tried to buy a new grill cover for one of them. I typed “Summit 675” into the search menu on your website and ordered the cover that came up, but it turned out to be too small. I admit I may be partially at fault, but I’d appreciate it if you could send me the correct cover for my grill. I’m happy to pay for it—I’m not looking for a freebie.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Poor Customer Service I bought this cover off the Weber website. I have a Summit kitchen grill. Nowhere on the website was the proper cover identified. I bought what looked right. It did not fit. I contacted Weber through their customer service website three times about this issue. I got three confirmations back. That was two weeks ago. The only contact I have received from Webber are advertisements! Impossible to talk to a human.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Only Good Thing is It Hides My Subpar $5,000 Grill The best thing about this grill cover is that it hides my shiny, new, and very disappointing$5,000 grill. It's my 3rd one of this model. I loved the first two but the newest one has some major design flaws for my usage (which can't be unique to me). Weber has been very slow to respond to these concerns. I doubt they will ever be addressed.
