Easy to clean up as well! I smoked a 6.5 lb chicken in indirect heat at 350 in 50 Minutes! It was the most juicy, tender and Crispy skin chicken I ever made and I’m in my late 60’s and made a lot of chicken in my life. It was a beautiful mahogany color when done. I used white wine instead of beer. Can’t wait to make another one!
