Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Weber warehouse quality control is lacking. After carefully selecting the proper grates, I was sent incorrect grates that left a 3 inch gap for my cooking surface. Further, the name on the order was incorrect, a female and a name nowhere close to mine. Lord only knows how this set of grates got to my front door Mary B, the intended recipient is probably as disappointed as I am right now. I ordered from anther supplier and requested the exact grates I need. No thanks to Weber. And the new supplier is 20% less expensive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sorry I bought the Spirit II Grill holds the black carbon throughout. Engineering all wrong. Not conducive to draining- the opening is covered & grates need to be replaced at 2.5 years?? Covered at all times. Disgusting to clean. Black grease. I knew better & should not have bought the Spirit.
