Rated 1 out of 5 by from Original failed in 11 mths Disappointed that the new regulator failed so quickly. Bought a Universal one as a replacement. Odd that a company like Weber doesn't provide a better quality regulator for the grill. I've only owned two grills - love them! - but both time the regulator failed in less than a year. Simple $20 Universal held up for 12 yrs on old weber...and will probably do the same with this new Weber Genesis II.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from POOR QUALITY After my second replacement "pressure regulator" valves for my (3) Genesis Silver grills FAILED AGAIN, I have come to the conclusion that Weber doesn't care about mortgaging their (once stellar) reputation. Simply put, these things are junk, and Weber's done nothing to fix the problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had the original and replacement fail. Never seals Original regulator on Spirit 210 failed weeks after I bought it. Weber sent a new one, and it too failed within short order. They need to find a new supplier of these parts. They are junk.
