Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very thin and flimsy replacement parts The replacement parts are very poor quality. I have owned Weber charcoal grills for 34 years. Everything from a Smokey Joe to a 26” Master-Touch and a Performer. Weber replacement parts and grills were built way better before 2009. I had a Weber Performer that was from the early 1980’s that I inherited from my uncle. It has outlasted my 26” Master-Touch. The Master-Touch has rusted out and I have had 3 replacement Kettles and 2 replacement ash catchers. Both grills are well kept, covered and right next to each other. Weber no longer makes quality grills that are meant to last. I will no longer be purchasing Weber grills and will only get replacement parts that are still covered under warranty. Customer service is very poor and gets you nowhere. You can’t talk to a person that actually has anything useful to say.
