Together with the Weber Family Q Trivet the convection tray transforms your Weber Family Q from cooking in barbecue mode to oven mode in seconds. The trays are engineered with vents designed to circulate the heat above, below and all around the food for perfectly even cooking.

Warning: Do not use Weber Q convection trays more than once when roasting meat (old fat can catch fire).
It’s fine to reuse them for baking, cooking pizzas and desserts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works a treat! Honestly didn't think it would make much difference to the cooking..wrong! Brilliant actually! Best roast lamb ever, cooked evenly , no overcooked outside. Aslo worked beautifully for beef mignons

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for roasting on the Weber We have a family Weber Q roasting tray, these disposable foil trails slide into the roasting tray and can be used to cook beautiful roasts with a bbq flavour. We’ve cooked turkey, lamb, beef and chicken on these roasting racks and they prevent the meat from burning, it’s our new favourite way to roast meats. These were on sale at Myer and I had myerone rewards so it was a bargain, hubby is very happy! Cheaper than other retailers, I always check myer first

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for roasting with trivet These are great for roasts on the Weber (note you also need to have the roasting trivet). You can sort of improvise with foil and poke holes in it, but it’s tricky to get it in the right spot. These go on perfectly and reduce mess.
