Warning: Do not use Weber Q convection trays more than once when roasting meat (old fat can catch fire).
It’s fine to reuse them for baking, cooking pizzas and desserts.

They are absolutely brilliant for roasting all types of meat even sausages which can also be placed on the rack above tray. Every thing comes out perfectly cooked with no mess to clean up at end of cooking. Only the rack needs a quick clean in soapy water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vanessa@62 from Weber does it again These are great, especially with the grill plate you can buy with it if you want. I use them with cooking pizzas and any meats, veggies in a tray on top of the grill. Easy no fuss cooking, no hot kitchens an mess afterwards.
