Either a tasty easy breakfast or a filling delicious lunch, these BLAT bagels are sure to fill that hunger shaped hole in your stomach!
  • Prepare barbecue for cooking using direct medium heat (180°C-230°C), and preheat as directed. See below for information on set up methods on a Premium Gas Barbecue.

  • Slice the bagels in halves.
  • Once the barbecue has preheated, brush the cooking grills clean with a wire brush and adjust the settings as needed for direct medium heat.

  • Grill the bacon rashers and bagels over direct medium heat, with the lid closed, for 2 to 4 minutes per side, until the bacon is crispy and the bagels are toasted. Remove the bacon and bagels from the barbecue.
  • To assemble, spread one half of the bagel with cream cheese, top with fresh tomato slices, season the tomato with salt and pepper, top with the crispy bacon, lettuce and avocado.
