All-new menu for Weber Q Favourites barbecue class experience


Our most popular barbecue class experience, featuring Australia’s favourite barbecue – the Weber Q – has just had a facelift!  

Our new menu features some mouthwatering dishes, that will showcase how to grill, roast, smoke and bake – all with delicious barbecue flavour – on your Weber Q barbecue. 

Our canape is a bruschetta pizza, originating from Italy, and features a hand-made pizza dough base, barbecue-roasted with garlic oil and topped with fresh tomato and basil. It’s a perfect starting dish for a meal with friends and family or makes a light and tasty weekend brunch.

For our entrée, we’re serving a dish originating from Philadelphia in the US – moreish Philly cheesesteaks. Thinly sliced steak and onion, fried and topped with melted provolone cheese, served in a brioche hotdog bun and topped with Kewpie mayonnaise and jalapenos, for those that like a bit of bite. This is a perfect dish for enjoying with friends while watching your preferred sport on the TV!

Our main meal includes crispy mini-chicken roasts with a zesty lime and chilli yoghurt (perfect for a quick and easy midweek meal) and classic slow-cooked pork ribs with a homemade barbecue sauce (for when you’ve got a few hours on a weekend).

And we’d never forget to show you how to achieve the perfect steak. Our reverse-seared and smoked rib-eye is a Weber Q Favourites staple that we wouldn’t dare remove! 

The menu ends with a twist on a Spanish-inspired Basque cheesecake, made with a base of spiced gingerbread shortcrust biscuits from Belgium and the Netherlands. It’s bitter-sweet and crispy on the outside, and soft and creamy on the inside – and just plain old delicious.

Our barbecue class experiences are designed so that you can take what you’ve learned and re-create the dishes at home. We focus on educating our guests about barbecue techniques and tips and tricks that will improve your barbecue confidence. Our team are friendly, fun, and hospitable, and will ensure you have an experience (and meal) to remember! 

Courses are capped at 22 attendees to ensure that all guests can get hands-on with our barbecues and face-to-face with our Barbecue Specialists. Tickets include all food and three (3) beverages during the experience, and the event concludes with a sit-down shared meal.
