the Ingredients
- 200 grams Rice
- 50 grams Bacon
- 400 milliliters Purified water
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 50 grams Cantonese sausage
- 20 grams Scallion
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
Instructions
- 01 Thoroughly rinse the rice under cold water.
- 02 Cut the Cantonese sausages and bacon.
- 03 Combine the rice and all the ingredients in the GBS Dutch Oven.
- 01 Preheat grill to 110°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
- 02 Place the GBS Dutch Oven over indirect heat.
- 03 Bake at 110°C with the lid down for 35 minutes.
