ABOUT THE JOB…
As HR IT Manager you support our EMEA HR strategy by steering the HR IT roadmap. You are involved with global projects and manage regional initiatives. You help to translate business requirements into system functionalities in close collaboration with external HR IT support. You act as Rollout Manager, Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the local HR teams as well as System Expert and Administrator including maintenance of system users and maintenance of documentation.
The responsibilities include:
Full responsibility for creation and execution of HR IT Roadmap
Project management for IT system implementations and roll-outs of multiple systems e.g. Success Factors (Absence Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System)
Management of initial and reoccurring launches of new features
HR IT support for HR colleagues in their day-to-day work with the internal systems (create/modify positions, fix errors, reset password, etc.)
Create and update required reports
Develop and conduct end user trainings
University Degree, focus on Human Resources is a plus
High affinity to work with and experience with Success Factors and other HR tools
First experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist is a plus
Strong project management skills
Strength in building trust and working relationships with different levels in the organization
An open minded person with extensive exposure to a diverse working environment
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Fluency in English and German
