Baked Ma La Xiang Mussels

Ingredients

500g. Fresh Mussels

200g. Onion
|
1 Lemon
|
2 tbsp. Soy milk
|
1 1⁄2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
|
1⁄2 tsp. Sea salt
|
2 tbsp. Ma La Xiang sauce
|
In the kitchen:
- Rinse the mussels.
- Finely dice the onion.
- Juice the lemon then cut into small slices.
- Combine all the ingrediants to make the marinade, then marinate the mussels for 2 hours.
At the barbecue:
- Preheat grill to 220°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
- Once the GBS Dutch oven has been preheated, pour in the mussels and the marinade and give it a stir.
- Close the lid of the GBS Dutch oven and the lid of the grill and allow to bake at 220°C for 10 minutes.
