I am completely a beginner at BBQ.
With the support from Mr. Watanabe, I was able to grill various food.
Vegetables came out amazing bringing the best out from the ingredient.
The Steak was so good I thought it was from a premium steak restaurant but the steak was a regular meat sold at supermarket.
I also grilled Spare Rib that was very easy. Only “Wow! Tasty” were the only words that came out of my mouth.
It is so simple. Baste the oil onto the food, then season with salt. Then it goes into the grill.
I enjoyed grilling that night as well as the next day and the weekend after that!
I am so glad I bought this!

Requested White Glove Service when I purchased Q1250. Every tools and ingredients were prepared by Weber, so it was very easy for us. He showed how to prepare food and tips/knowledges of spices, and they were very helpful. Every dish turned out delicious, and made me realized luxury ingredients are not needed if we use Weber grill.

Experienced American style BBQ with our first Weber grill.
I was surprised when I had ordinary food cooked by Weber!
All Chicken, Beef, and Pork were surprisingly juicy and I was impressed!
I was definitely a charcoal person when it came to BBQ, but now I am into Gas grill.
It looks cool, and most importantly we can invite many friends anytime and it will play big roll at our party.
I am also glad I requested White Glove Service.
We could enjoy the part without worrying about building the big grill and not know how to use.

Wanted to say once again thank you very much for the perfect afternoon setting up our new grill and cooking a fantastic meal for our family. The service, the explanation, and of course the food was all excellent. The secret ingredient of olive oil was a great tip. Simple is best! Please share with your team. The White Glove service is an amazing deal and I think would still be a good deal at twice the price.
I'm happy to share these few photos and also happy to share our experience with the growing Weber audience here in Japan. The Spirit Series grill we purchased is just so easy to use. It really helps add an outdoor kitchen to our house. It's the perfect size for our family and friends.
Also, thank you for the perfect selection of starter accessories. We'll add a cover and maybe a rack to roast our thanksgiving chicken!

Quickly assembled my newly bought Spirit grill – which would have taken hours if I had assembled my self, arranged for the LP gas to be delivered right as the assembly was completed, and the training of how to use the grill with great meat and vegetables.
