We know you can’t wait to receive your Weber product and are excited to experience it with your family and friends. That is why we treat every order with special attention and strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
Our Standard Shipping Policy is as follows:
All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Customers will be contacted within 1 business day to schedule for delivery date and time.
All grills will be assembled and installed at your location without any charges.
- Deliveries will be made within Hong Kong only, and not out of the Special Administrative Region, unless stated otherwise.
- If you wish to purchase a Weber product or item and your delivery address is not within the Shipping Coverage, please visit the Weber Authorized Dealer near you or contact Weber Customer Service.
- Your order will be sent by a Weber assigned Fulfilment Partner or via appointed 3rd party Logistics Partner (e.g. DHL, SF Express, TNT, FedEx & etc.)
- If your order amounts to a total of HK$ 4,000 and above, you’ll receive free shipping within the Shipping Coverage mentioned above.
- If your order amounts to HK$ 3,999 or less, a flat delivery fee of HK$ 400 per order will be charged based on the areas within the Shipping Coverage. This flat rate delivery fee will be displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
- There will be no surcharges for remote areas or locations that are only accessible via staircases.
- Deliveries usually take place within 2 – 5 business days (Mondays to Saturdays) during usual business hours, after we have contacted and confirmed with you by phone.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- For gas grill orders, please be advised to have domestic LP gas supply ready prior to delivery to expedite installation and testing.
Weber-Stephen Products (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change, amend or edit the Standard Shipping Policy without prior notice.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at SupportAsia@weberstephen.com with details of the product and the defect with inclusion of Grill Serial Number, date of purchase and photo/image/video reference or attachment. Do provide us with your contact details and active phone number. Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you. We seek for your co-operation to provide the necessary details and clarifications as needed and enquired by Weber Customer Service Team and/or the relevant representing parties. If you are entitled to a replacement, we are more than happy to proceed with the next course of action and provide you with a replacement item (i.e. part), where applicable.
