Peel and devein the prawns, then add salt to taste.
Peel the garlic and cut into slices, but not too thin.
Wash the chilli pepper and cut it too.
At the barbecue:
Prepare the barbecue for direct heat – approx. 220°C.
Place the griddle on the grate and let it preheat. Then add some olive oil and leave to heat up for a few minutes. Once hot, add the slices of garlic and chilli pepper, stir everything a bit and then add the prawns.
Cook without touching for about 6-7 minutes. Then serve – for example with a good piece of bread.
