In the kitchen:
Rinse the mussels.
Finely dice the onion.
Juice the lemon then cut into small slices.
Combine all the ingredients to make the marinade, then marinate the mussels for 2 hours.
At the barbecue:
Preheat grill to 220°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
Once the GBS Dutch oven has been preheated, pour in the mussels and the marinade and give it a stir.
Close the lid of the GBS Dutch oven and the lid of the grill and allow to bake at 220°C for 10 minutes.
