11 Grilled Spare Ribs
  • 500 grams Pork Ribs

For the Marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1½ tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 3 grams Spring onion
  • 3 grams Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

    In the kitchen:

  • Rinse and pat dry the Pork ribs.
  • Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl before adding the pork ribs and leave to marinade for 1 hour.
  • At the barbecue:

  • Preheat grill to 250°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
  • Roast the pork ribs over indirect heat close the lid and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Open the lid, turn over the ribs and cook for a further 7 minutes with the lid down.
