For the Marinade:
3 tablespoons Oyster sauce

In the kitchen:
Rinse and pat dry the Pork ribs.
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl before adding the pork ribs and leave to marinade for 1 hour.
At the barbecue:
Preheat grill to 250°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
Roast the pork ribs over indirect heat close the lid and cook for 8 minutes.
Open the lid, turn over the ribs and cook for a further 7 minutes with the lid down.
