In the kitchen:
Thoroughly rinse the rice under cold water.
Cut the Cantonese sausages and bacon.
Combine the rice and all the ingredients in the GBS Dutch Oven.
At the barbecue:
Preheat grill to 110°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
Place the GBS Dutch Oven over indirect heat.
Bake at 110°C with the lid down for 35 minutes.
