Chinese Baked Rice

Makes: 4
50g. Bacon
400ml. Purified water
1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1⁄2 tsp. Salt
50g. Cantonese sausage
20g. Scallion
2 tsp. Soy sauce
Recipe preparation
In the kitchen:
  • Throughly rinse the rice under cold water.
  • Cut the Cantonese sausages and bacon.
  • Combine the rice and all the ingredients in the GBS Dutch Oven.
At the barbecue:
  • Preheat grill to 110°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
  • Place the GBS Dutch Oven over indirect heat.
  • Bake at 110°C with the lid down for 35 minutes.
