14 Chinese Baked Rice
  • 200 grams Rice
  • 50 grams Bacon
  • 400 milliliters Purified water
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 50 grams Cantonese sausage
  • 20 grams Scallion
  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce

Instructions

    In the kitchen:

  • Thoroughly rinse the rice under cold water.
  • Cut the Cantonese sausages and bacon.
  • Combine the rice and all the ingredients in the GBS Dutch Oven.
  • At the barbecue:

  • Preheat grill to 110°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
  • Place the GBS Dutch Oven over indirect heat.
  • Bake at 110°C with the lid down for 35 minutes.
