Losing Bluetooth Connection

The Weber iGrill Classic device has a limited connection range of 200 feet without obstructions.

Any form of obstructions, including but not limited to walls, windows, flooring, or large metal objects may affect the Weber iGrill Classic signal strength and thus decrease the connection range.

In order to test the effective range of the Bluetooth® connection for your thermometer, pair your iOS or Android device to the Weber iGrill Classic and walk in a straight line away from it, making sure there are no obstructions between you and the Weber iGrill Classic, such as the walls or the floors of your home.

If you are still experiencing a loss of Bluetooth® connection or if you are still unsatisfied with the range you are experiencing with your Weber iGrill Classic, insert a fresh set of batteries and test again.
