Rated 3 out of 5 by from Customer Service Grill is great, customer service was not. I asked about the rear panel I received with my grill, entered the details multiple times and sent pictures. Then got confirmation I would receive my replacement part 'in 7-10 business days'. Checked back in after 3 weeks because I had not received my replacement part and got told you weren't sending a replacement part but instead the part had changed and I actually already had the correct part. Why did I have to reach out to find out I wasn't getting sent a replacement part?
