However, given the chronic quality issues with this regulator on the Weber Traveler per other customer reviews, it really should be a recall situation in my opinion. My original regulator failed just after the warranty period.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst purchase My wife got me the Weber traveler for my birthday so we can take it camping. A year later the grill failed us on a camping trip which really made me mad. I figured out its the valve. Now I have to pay $72 for a valve that will not last a year. This grill sucks! Very disappointed with Weber. For the price they charged me for this grill I could have purchased 4 small gas grills from Home Depot that would have lasted me a lot longer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Purchased the Weber traveler and loved it. Year and a half later not so much due to the regulator gas valve failing. I purchased this grill thinking it was a premium product hence the name and price reflecting! Now I have to pay $72 for a replacement gas valve? Not happy!
