Hear From Other Grillers

Gas Valve and Regulator Assembly is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 109.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Regulator Life 2 Months? I really like the size and functionality of this Traveler Compact grill, however, the regulator seems to have gone bad in just two months of use. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought the grill. I would agree with some others who say that they spent more money buying a Weber because they thought it would be more reliable. I told the customer service rep that an animal chewed on my propane hose and had to replace that so then they claim the regulator was not covered under warranty because it was damaged by a natural occurrence. Really? So I have to pay over $60 for a new regulator.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Recall the regulator Bought this Weber Travler grill about 3 years ago and it has been a pain to keep it going due to the piece of crap regulator. The safety device is horrible and there should be a published fix with all the bad reviews. I have only been able to use it a handful of times and have all but given up, this morning I decided to set it up for rv mode and bypass the non functional regulator and tried to unscrew the fitting to the control valve and with very little pressure using a small wrench the fitting broke on the control valve side. This thing can’t be a true Weber. Now I have to decide to spend another $75 for a whole new assembly that includes the faulty regulator….. need to offer just to valve ???? The few time it has work it cooked really good…. Unfortunately it won’t stay going.
