Americas Marketing Intern

Intern Program: 

  • Attend and participate in planned events/activities during the summer  
  • Define and complete a series of goals (assigned by the department)  
  • Create, execute and measure a project or projects 
  • Develop a presentation at the conclusion of the internship based on learnings from the summer 

Summary of Responsibilities: 

  • Gain an understanding of how brands use ratings and reviews in broader communication initiatives to drive interest and click through and present findings 
  • Analyze Weber product ratings and reviews and create a report and presentation to share out to the marketing team with key learnings 
  • Learn and assist with Weber.com merchandising and product management 
  • Manage promotional calendar updates and communication 
  • Daily and weekly reporting on Weber.com KPIs  
  • Assist with compilation of marketing and sales presentations  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support Americas Marketing team, specifically in areas of Ratings and Reviews, and Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce Operations and Merchandising 
  • Manage multiple projects, track progress and report updates to key stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with small teams to ensure assigned tasks are being completed  
  • Analyze and use data to draw conclusions and make recommendations 

Metrics: Success for the Intern will result in: 

  • Identifying and accomplishing 1 personal goal and 4-5 business goals following OKR format 
  • A final presentation to the appropriate team 
  • Thorough summaries of assigned projects and tasks at the conclusion of the internship
