Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours/week for approximately 2-3 months) 
Location: 1415 S. Roselle Road, Palatine, IL 60067

The Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as the primary support for the corporate HR function on Talent Acquisition/HR related tasks. Reporting to the Corporate HR Business Partner, the TA Coordinator supports the corporate HR department with daily HR functions including interview scheduling and coordination and general administrative responsibilities as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partners with corporate HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partner in support of all pre-hire activities, including interview scheduling, support for onsite and offsite interviews, responding to candidate questions, processing candidate travel expenses, preparing for offsite recruitment events, etc.
  • Assists with compiling employee information post offer in support of pre-hire activities.
  • Assists with various administrative and support tasks as needed, partnering closely with the corporate HRBPs and TA Partner.
  • Acts as a culture champion, helping to build upon our existing culture and create an engaging employee experience for all our employees.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 0-2 years’ work experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Associate, or Administrative Assistant
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a consistent record of delivering results
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
  • A team-first focus with a can-do attitude and willingness to engage and help with any and all HR initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook
