Rated 4 out of 5 by Frank J. from Premium Limited Edition Red Charcoal Grill 22" I bought this grill about a month ago for Christmas. I put it together and it looks beautiful. I also bought a premium cover for it as well. Due to the weather being exceedingly cold outside, I will wait until early spring to fire it up and get it seasoned for use. With this grill and for the price, I wish it would have come with the GBS grate and the charcoal baskets. I think you would sell more of these that way and promote more sales of the GBS components. Having to purchase the GBS grate and charcoal baskets separately kind of diminishes the fun and excitement of this "limited edition". This kept me from giving it 5 stars and an "Excellent" rating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Timm from Quality and looks as expected, one nitpick it has been some time since I purchased a new kettle so getting some of these more recent improvements like the larger wheels, lid vent handle, lid heat shield were just added an added bonus to the sharp color. After years of using a Performer and before that an older Master-Touch I am disappointed the design of this kettle puts access to the ash removal and bottom vent arm in the opposite position from where the older kettles were designed. Just so used to opening the lid into the bale with my left hand and handling food right-handed- so having to access the vents from the back of the grill is minor (for me?) deduction.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Qwesthunter from Love the concept of Limited Edition..but I own over 30 Weber grills—most are bought 2nd hand-I was excited when the Red L.E. Was announced. After its release and hearing negative reviews, I held off from purchasing one. Once they were drastically price dropped, I went ahead and bought one. I will say that the original finish is not quite as smooth as other kettles and the one I purchased was missing a part. I called Weber and the 1st customer service rep. Was sweet and pleasant to speak with but then my cell phone lost reception and we were disconnected. So I called back, the second customer service person made me feel like I was trying to “scam” them and that I was interrupting their day. I had to take pictures of the missing part ( 1 of the lid bale rollers ) , of the box and of my receipt and email them. I did receive a new part a week later. Over all compared to my many other Weber grills—I would say it is a good functioning grill—not a great grill. Wish we could get the European colors here in the States. Louis Trim
