The Sear Station is designed to create an intense heat zone to quickly add sear marks to your meat. The high heat from this extra burner also decreases preheat time.

Tuck-Away Rotisserie System

The heavy duty, rear-mounted, infrared rotisserie burner evenly distributes heat directly towards the spit. This unique rotisserie system comes with a flip-up motor and a separate spit and fork storage area in the enclosed cart.

Dual-Ring Side Burner

Whether you are simmering a sauce or boiling water, this dual-ring side burner lets you control the heat. Turn the inside ring on for a small sauce pan, or fire up the outer ring for a large pot or wok
