Did you know that 33% of grillers grill when it is less than 30 degrees Fahrenheit? Are you one of them?

I remember when they closed Lake Shore Drive during a blizzard a couple years back. I was in the yard grilling steaks. Neighbors all at their windows staring down with envy! Never a bad day to grill.
We grill year round, here in Detroit. Christmas day is always a grilled tenderloin, whatever the weather.
I live in the Boston area and routinely grill in the winter when it is below freezing (20's)however that guy (Charles M) from Wisconsin deserves an award of some sort. I've never seen -48 never mind grilling in it.
HI Richard! We love that you are a 365 griller! Charles is an extreme extreme extreme griller, that is for sure! You are right, he might win the award!
Thanks and grill on!
My record is negative 48 up here in the bitter cold of Wisconsin. Those cold negative degree days and nights require a lot of layers and a ton of charcoal as the typical amount wont produce enough heat, and the propane definitely doesn't flow well enough at those temps. I tell you what though, its always worth it come game time.
Hi Charles! Thank you for sharing your story here and for also posting it on Weber Nation: http://www.weber.com/weber-nation/your-stories/852. You are a true 365 day a year griller!
I cook year around on my Weber 22 1/2 kettle. Here in the Mountains of NC the winters can often get down to single digits. This past New Years I smoked ribs at 20 degrees and they came out great as usual. I have been cooking and smoking with a Weber since the 1970's in place's like Cleveland and Boston so have a lot of cold weather experience.
Thanks for sharing your stories about grilling in all types of weather! We certainly love your dedication, thanks for being part of the 365 grilling community! Grill on!

Smoked some Ribs yesterday in Indiana. It was 22 out and they were delicious!!
Hi Mike! We love your dedication to grilling in the cold! Those ribs must have tasted pretty awesome! Thanks for sharing and grill on!
The cold steals away baseball, bike rides, and camping trips. I refuse to let it steal away delicious grilled food. Pulling out my Weber kettle in about 1 hour. Michigan temperature is currently 23 degrees. #GrillOn
